The fees for the events listed below are not included in your Full Member Conference registration. Please indicate if you would like to attend for an additional fee.

The cost of these events (except for the golf outing), is included in your Full Conference Registration fee. Please indicate below if you would like to bring a guest to any of these events for an additional fee. If you add the items below, their cost will be added to the total cost of your registration. You can also purchase guest tickets separately by selecting Guest Ticketing in the Annual Conference (Member Rates) section of the store. This option allows you to pay separately for your Full Conference Registration and your guest tickets. President's Welcome Reception guest tickets MUST be purchased separately.

Vegetarian meals are only available if requested IN ADVANCE. Please indicate below if you would prefer vegetarian meals, or have any other dietary restrictions. Anyone failing to make special diet requests will be responsible for covering any related costs.

With this registration, I give permission for FPRA to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in all its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Further, I understand that conference sponsorships work to keep costs down for conference attendees. As such, as a conference attendee, I give permission for my contact information to be shared with this year’s, 2022, conference sponsors via the conference attendee list.
