Additional Full Conference Non-Member Registrations, Golden Image Award Banquet reservations, Single Day conference registrations and individual function tickets can be added to this order separately.
Refunds will not be made for food functions not attended. Full refunds, less $75 handling charge, will be made with written cancellation prior to July 8, 2010. No refunds will be made for any reason after July 8, 2010.
***$170 of Full Conference non-member registration will apply toward 2011 membership dues for qualified professionals who apply by November 1, 2010.
