This one-hour webinar will entertain and inspire attendees to become more engaging, effective and to-the-point communicators in daily interactions with colleagues and clients. Through the presentation and analysis of positive and negative video examples, participants will challenge themselves to become more aware and effective communicators. Vignettes depict true-to-life scenarios that consultants, account executives and others experience in meetings with executive clients.

Distinctions will be made between the “spray and pray” approach of communicating (inductive, rambling and unfocused) and the focal point technique (deductive) approach in which communication is clear, to-the-point and customer-focused. 

Joan Lowery, M. Ed., has extensive experience as an award-winning broadcast and print journalist for news organizations such as CNN, Associated Press, CNBC-TV and the Discovery Channel.
